SUTHA VALLIPURAM   PE, LEED AP BD+C

President/CEO

Mr. Vallipuram has 27 years of experience in the design and management of a variety of projects, including structures for steel/concrete/wood buildings, wastewater treatment plants, sanitary and storm sewers, water mains, bridges and roadways, parking lots, ADA ramps and sidewalks, buildings, and retaining walls. Mr. Vallipuram has successfully supervised civil and structural design work for more than 50 projects for clients including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in various states; Homeland Security; U.S. Air Force; Ohio Air and Army National Guard; Wright-Patterson Air Force Base; and the City of Columbus Department of Public Utilities (Division of Water, Division of Sewerage and Drainage) and Department of Public Service. 

TOBIAS ILOKA   PE

Principal, Business Development

Tobias has 37 years of experience in civil engineering design including 20+ years in a principal role, serving as the lead contract negotiator, project manager, and quality control engineer on many projects either as a prime or subconsultant. Highly experienced at balancing resources to meet the needs of the project – including delivery issues such as budget, schedule, and quality – he has overseen the completion of numerous projects for various clients including the City of Columbus (Departments of Public Utilities and Public Service), Franklin County, and the State of Ohio. Tobias  is also Bridge Design Level 2 certified.

VICKY HENRY  CPA, MBA

Chief Financial Officer

In her CFO role, Vicky is integral as a valued leader and liaison between ownership and Dynotec staff. She is a highly trained financial executive with 30+ years of experience in the financial management of multimillion-dollar corporations, and she has the proven ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects while incorporating and following policies, guidelines, and compliance specifications. Adept at streamlining systems, improving processes, and troubleshooting problems, Vicky is consistently demonstrating her analytical abilities, work ethic, and interpersonal skills. 

 

SHAWN HATEM

Director, Marketing and Client Services

With 25 years of experience, Shawn is an experienced and dedicated professional with demonstrated skills and performance in building, enhancing, and ensuring consistent corporate branding, as well as growing profits and diversifying offerings/services, target market sectors, and revenue streams. His expertise and business acumen have also provided great benefit to the internal operations at the companies for which he has worked; this has led to direct changes and enhancements to organizational structure, corporate culture, and reporting systems … all in an effort to enhance overall profitability while maintaining and bolstering corporate morale. Shawn provides invaluable experience working with nationally recognized and industry leading A/E/C and design firms as well as other consultancies and government agencies. 

 

MICHAEL WRIGHT  LTC(r)

Business Development, Federal Projects

Michael served 26+ years in US Army on Active Duty and in the Ohio Army National Guard.  He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, serving as the Designs and Projects Manager and Deputy State Engineer Officer for 10 years.  He managed the status of nearly 600 active facilities statewide, including Readiness Center, Maintenance Facilities, Training Sites, and staff.  He managed 1,000+ MILCON and SRM projects for 10 years totaling $345 million. Many of these projects included working with the USPF&O Contracting Office, the State of Ohio Adjutant General Quartermasters Office, and USACE-Louisville, as well as the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, the State of Ohio Architects Office, and various community partnerships. Additionally, Michael has nearly 20 years in business development and sales for construction and environmental companies. 

 

GLENN WEIST PE, ENV SP

Director, Civil and Water/Wastewater Division

Glenn has 30+ years of overall experience in the water and wastewater industries for both industrial and municipal clients with over 15 years at the Senior Project Manager level. He has senior level planning, design, and construction management experience in water pumping, storage and distribution systems and wastewater pumping and collection systems improvements, as well as specific experience in Wet Weather projects involving both CSO’s and SSO’s. Glenn is also experienced in process support services, waterlines, sewer pipes, and trenchless technology. 

 

JERRY MILLS PE

Director, Transportation Division

With 40+ years of experience in both design engineering and management, Jerry leads Dynotec’s Transportation Division and provides project management to various types of structural, roadway, and traffic projects. He offers ODOT pre-qualifications in Bicycle Facilities Enhancement Design, Safety Studies, and Signal System Design, and he reinforces Dynotec’s pre-qualification in Interchange Justification Studies and Basic Signal Design to the latest requirements. Jerrys’ expertise is utilized during preliminary and final design, as well as for QA/QC of design and plans for all levels of state and municipal projects.

 

LARRY J. WHITE RA, NCARB

Director, Architectural Division

Larry is experienced with new construction and renovation including commercial and government buildings, hospitals and medical office buildings, retail and banking facilities, and single-family homes. His responsibilities have included production of plans and specifications, compliance with the Ohio Building Code and the International Building Code, building permit applications, compliance with the Department of Defense’s Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) requirements of UFC 4-010-1, evaluation of contractors’ submittals, and construction surveillance. Larry also has extensive experience assessing existing buildings and production of condition reports.

 

DENNIS A. PERKINS PE

Principal Construction Manager

Dennis leads Dynotec’s Construction Management Services Group and is the firm’s CM client manager. With 43 years of combined experience in the design and construction management of water/wastewater and transportation infrastructure projects – in both the public and private sectors – he has excelled in and been routinely lauded for his leadership and management of these important projects. He started his career in construction management with the City of Columbus and transitioned to the design field when he became the Chief Roadway Design Engineer. After his career in city government, he returned to the construction management field where he has gone on to manage multi-million dollar vertical construction projects.

 

CHRISTOPHER COOK  PS

Survey Department Manager

Chris has more than 20 years of experience in surveying and management. He is also registered as a professional surveyor in 6 states including Ohio and Pennsylvania. Chris will be responsible for overall management and growth of the survey department. Chris has direct involvement and experience in oil and gas, electric transmission, right of way plan development, private and commercial site development, and ALTA surveys. His extensive boundary surveying experience includes a wide variety of locations throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, West Virginia, Michigan, and Louisiana.
